Looking for two tabling volunteers for Monarch Migration Celebration at the Martin Nature Park in OKC on Sat, Oct 5, 2024 from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
- Message from Martin Nature Park - "Okies for Monarchs has been invited to our Monarch Migration Celebration here at Martin Park the past two years and have not been able to make it. I want to go ahead and extend an invite again and put it on your radar. We have it scheduled for Saturday, October 5th from 10am – 2pm. Its been quite successful. Last year, we had about 600 people come through in a shorter time frame. We would invite any Monarch butterfly conservation person/organization to take part in it as well. Dr. Emily Geest typically has lead butterfly walks during the event. Your organization would be free to decide your own role in it, whether it is just a table or more!"
