A home or landscape with beautiful, mature trees, smaller trees and shrubs can provide an attractive space. But that kind of landscape also has its difficulties because it means that there are shadier spots in that landscape. There are many plants that thrive in full sun, but what choices are there, and what does one plant when there is shade or part-shade?
Join Bill Farris of Prairie Wind Nursery as he shares plant varieties that thrive in shade or part shade, and certain shrubs that might be options. The Nursery has some areas with these varieties planted so that you can see what it looks like in a more mature situation. There will be plenty of time for questions you might have.
